How long will it take to get my order?
We are a made-to-order, slow fashion clothing company. This means that your items are sent to the printer at the time the order is placed. We take about 2-7 business days to make our products, with over 90% of our orders shipping within 5 days. Then, you should add shipping times on top of that.
If you think your package has been lost in transit, please make sure to double-check that the address was correct and contact your local post office to try and locate the lost order. We cannot replace orders that have tracking information stating it was delivered. If it still not recovered, please contact us no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Don't worry - we'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please make sure to check the size guides posted in each listing prior to purchasing to ensure proper fit.
For any claims related to misprints, damages, or defective items, please contact us within 7 business days after the product has been received. Describe the problem in as much detail as you can, and attach any relevant photos to help illustrate the problem. Any claims deemed an error on our part will be covered and replaced at our expense.
Do your sizes run big, small or true to size?
Each product listing contains a size chart in the photos - be sure to check that and measure prior to ordering. All measurements are taken in inches and centimeters with the garment lying flat. Width is measured from armpit to armpit, and length is measured from shoulder to hem. To ensure the best possible fit, we recommend taking flat measurements from your favorite top and comparing it to our styles and sizes. If you have any questions about sizing, make sure you contact us prior to ordering so we can assist you.
How should I wash my printed garments?
We recommend following the care instructions below to prolong the life of your printed garments. The original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
- Washing and drying on a high temperature setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton, can fade or crack the print and shrink the garment.
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
- No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
Are your inks eco-friendly?
Our DTG inks are eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous, soluble in water, free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE). They are also CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent (pre-treatment) applied during the printing process that helps the ink bond with the fabric. Without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment. The smell is not permanent and will go away after one wash.
Do you source clothing from ethical suppliers?
Yes. We believe in ethically made and sourced apparel, sustainable business practices, and fair wages and working conditions, and will continue to challenge the unjust standards that plague the world of fast fashion today. For more details, please refer to our Ethical Fabrics page.
